To be an agent for Western Union and MoneyGram

I came across the MoneyGram and Western Union websites, and I noticed that they have this link for people wants to be their agents, and provide the application form. I am really interested to be one of their agents, and hopefully I can earn some extra revenue during my spare time. I just wonder, have anyone apply to be their agents? If you don't have a business, can you just be agent on your home base? does anyone here know about this area of work?

Of course, every online company have affiliate program to spread their products. You can participate in those program, to be agent of WU.
The hardest thing is getting consumers trust, may I know...what methods or plan do you have to be the Agent ?
