Which would you pick as your favourite Mike Judge cartoon show? Im currently watching the latest season of Beavis and Butt-Head and I must admit, it is really really funny. I am a big fan of K.O.T.H though. Its a tough decision for all Mike Judge fans! Let me know your thoughts!!

I definitely have to say that King of the Hill is the best now. If we were comparing the original Beavis and Butthead, they would win. But Mike Judge brought them back and while they are still just as dumb as ever, they don't seem to have the same pop they did back in the 90s. King of the Hill is a milder version of Beavis and Butthead in my opinion, and with this remake I think it is definitely the better of the two now.

I will agree with you on some levels. It does seem different than from the 90's episodes, but some of the jokes towards things like Jersey Shore and Teen Mom have been absolutely hilarious in Beavis and Butthead. I see why Mike Judge wanted to bring it back in this modern day. Honestly I love both shows and can't really pick a winner.

I have to say there are some levels that I agree with you on too. The way they talk about those shows is a welcome update from them just critiquing music videos...then again since MTV isn't so much a music video station like it used to be, I guess this change was necessary.
But it is those clips that also push down Beavis and Butthead that one slight tick below KOTH. Well, one in particular. Beavis and Butthead decided to do a spin off of Siskel and Ebert in one clip. Only problem is the movie they decided to review, The Human Centipede. I had heard generally negative things about this movie, but I had no idea of the horror that was in it. They actually showed the clip in the movie where the German has the people....attached together. Me and my boyfriend were watching the episode together, and we were both so put out and uncomfortable after that that no joke they made after that clip could bring us to enjoy the show.....honestly now I'm scared that they will show something else equally horrifying. That's a clip Mike Judge could have kept.

Defiantly beavis and butthead. I like Mr. Anderson better then hank hill anyway. Hank was based from Anderson.

I've never watched Beavis and Butt-head, so I guess it isn't very accurate or fair for me to pick King of the Hill.
When I think of Beavis and Butt-head, just the title of the show makes me question it's content I really should give it the benefit of the doubt, though.
I am pretty curious as to what the show is actually like because I imagine it to be sort of the opposite of KOTH. It seems to me like KOTH is targeted for mature adults (not in an explicit way, though) while Beavis is aimed at teens and young adults. But like I said, that's just how it seems to me.

I prefer Beavis and Butthead myself. I enjoy King of the Hill just like everyone else, but B & B reminds me of when I was younger. Hank Hill was originally inspired by Tom Anderson the guy whose yard B & B destroyed repeatedly. I still laugh at the original cartoons as well as the movie.

I love King of the Hill. It's one of my most favorite tv shows. Ever. I like Beavis and Butthead too just nowhere near as much. KOTH is just so much more clever. They're both great satires and like I said both are entertaining I just prefer KOTH.

I like King of the Hill more than Beavis and Butt-head. I heard they released some new episodes of Beavis and Butt-head. Seems to be the seem. Both shows are funny, though King of the Hill tries to focus on a more realistic setting. While Beavis and Butt-head is more over the top in terms of style.
