Two and a Half Men was the #1-rated sitcom on television. Until Charlie Sheen decided to do alot of drugs and hookers and mess up his relationship with creator Chuck Lorre. Now it has been replaced with a teen-icon that plays the "dumb hot guy" role over and over again. Ashton Kutcher is not Charlie Sheen and his humour and not that of Charlies either. I believe the show has gone completely downhill (not blaming Kutcher), and the humour is almost completely gone. It is a shame that will never be undone. R.I.P Two and a Half Men for you used to be funny.

I now! It's so disappointing now! I use to enjoy watching it, every time I wait for my computer to boot up, I always turn on the TV to watch a bit of Two and a half men and it always gets me laughing. I have no idea why but I reckon Charlie Sheen has this special touch in his jokes. When he says something, I always have to laugh even if it's not funny. Every thing he says is so funny and the whole idea fits together with the two men being brothers living together with the annoying little kid in between. It fits the whole idea of Two and a half men! But now the new idea totally ruins it!
Ashton Kutcher is a good actor but his role just doesn't fit in this show. It's just not funny anymore and I really miss the old idea of Charlie Sheen's character picking on his brother. Now it's not like that anymore and like you said, the show is going down hill. I don't watch it anymore but I still watch the old ones. I sometimes see the old ones on TV. I think they should stop making it or else it will continue to ruin the whole Two and a half men series.

I agree. They were saying "you're just going to have to wait and see" or something like that and I was hopefull, but no, it's ruined. and you're right, it's not
Ashton's fault. The show was practically written for Charlie. Fortunatly, there are still reruns on.

Hi dheppler and welcome to myLot. I love Two and a Half Men and I'm still watching repeats of the ones with Charlie Sheen in them. I cannot imagine it anyway without him.
I was heartbroken when I came to know that he's been replaced. I though Ashton will be playing Charlie Harper in the show. But my friends told me that it is a whole different story altogether. Also, they seem to like it.
I am yet to watch and decide if I like it or not. But one thing's for sure, it will definitely be no fun without Charlie in it.

I used to like this sitcom. But now it's pure landfill material. I just watched the Mr. Hose episode, which includes Alan farting as a skit. Poor Jon Cryer, the guy is a terrific actor, but here he turns into a pathetic blob. Two and Half Men, boo, hiss!

Whenever a show spins off or a cast member leaves the show always takes a downturn. I love Ashton Kutcher, but I knew the show wouldn't make it with out Charlie. I like watching the old shows. They are hilarious.

i'm a big fan in 2 and a half men. I didn't even bother watching the following season after charlie left.

Personally I am still not sure what to think of this show. True it is not as good with Charlie gone now, and Ashton Kutcher is not as funny, nor creative. I wonder what the creators of the show are really thinking, and the General public out there as well. I guess time will only tell.
