Honestly, I do think that milk can help you have a good night sleep. I find that it usually helps me. Granted there are times, when it doesn't help as much, but I find that it does for the most part.

I used to drink a glass of warm milk every night and I do get some decent sleep some nights and sometimes I don't! I stopped drinking milk now for few months and am sleeping just like when I am drinking milk! Maybe you should try and hopefully it works on you.

I think so. People always say that drinking a milk will help you when you are sleepless. It will calm you down and have a peaceful sleep. You can try, even if it fails, it will not be harmful for you, won't it?:) I love China

hi! im not really sure what is the effect of milk, but somehow it really helps, well for me that is. Before going to sleep i drink milk to have a good nights rest. But if ever this wouldnt work for you, you can try having a warm relaxing shower before sleeping. hope this works for you. happy mylotting

I am not sure. I like to drink milk but it does not have any effect to me. But it is true that drinking milk make me calm and cool down. But not sleepy. I prefer work hard or exercise hard, so I am tired enough and can sleep well. Wishing you find the cure soon. Good night.
