Do you eat fresh, frozen or canned vegetables? I always eat fresh vegetables. I think they taste the best and are the healthiest way to eat them.

I eat both fresh & canned. Very rarely do we buy frozen. I love my veggies though!! :) My favorite is probably beets.

How to eat frozen vegetables? Lol. Can your teeth thaw them? I prefer fresh vegetables. That's the time you can taste the veggies.

I much prefer raw. Not just because of nutritional value. For me it's all about texture.

It depends on the time of year and what is available. Frozen vegetables can actually be "fresher" than the fresh ones as they are normally frozen very quickly just after they are picked when the "fresh" vegetables could have been on the store shelf for a week or more before you buy them.
