I eat both fresh & canned. Very rarely do we buy frozen. I love my veggies though!! :) My favorite is probably beets.

I much prefer raw. Not just because of nutritional value. For me it's all about texture.

eat fresh Vegetables...i don't know how i live if i am travel and forces to eat frozen Vegetables.. bye

Fresh vegatables, but do have canned corn and frozen peas!

It depends on the time of year and what is available. Frozen vegetables can actually be "fresher" than the fresh ones as they are normally frozen very quickly just after they are picked when the "fresh" vegetables could have been on the store shelf for a week or more before you buy them.
