vaccine for your pet dog

dogs are restricted in our street because people fears the rabies but our pets namely bulkan,mayon and maxwel had their vaccines yearly.we are responsible for that and we love our dogs like a family member.so why afraid to seeing dogs outside?

dogs at large are always something to be cautious about bites happen when people are not careful enough you do not know if an animal is vaccinated just by looking at it or even if it is friendly no animal cat of dog should be loose in the street for both public and the animals safty

I think people are afraid of dogs out wandering because they don't know if they are friendly or not. It does not matter if a dog is vaccinated or not if they viciously attack you. Personally I really love dogs but it makes me mad when owners let them run loose even if the dog is nice they put their dog in danger by letting them run loose, they could be attacked by other dogs, or hit by cars.
