My brother is about 5 years younger than I am, (I'm about to turn 18 and move out) and doesn't believe that I deserve to be respected because I am only his sister and no one important. No matter how often we argue upon the subject, he still refuses to change. Any advice?

Hi dear Its not him you should be asking respect from. And I guess one should neither demand respect nor ask for it. Its a simple formula, that respect follows achievement. Once you make yourself recognized, respect will follow. So you don't have to bother yourself or get depressed over not being respected.

Hello, Your brother is still young to argue about that maybe someday when he enter in the right stage in which he understand everything that is the time he will realize the importance of respecting others but of course you must be a good role model in resPecting others too because he might do things what he sees. Alright??
