Friends and judgement

Do true friends judge their friends, or just simply "care?" Is judgement hidden by the definition of concern or worry?

I think we all judge - even our friends. I think it's impossible not to judge. But being a true friend means you are there for them and are still a companion for them even when you don't agree with what they do or say. And even though you think they make the wrong choices or do the wrong things, you allow them the freedom to choose for themselves without turning away from them or looking down on them.
