..so I made some whole wheat waffles (well 3/4 whole wheat) and then some whole wheat crumb cake.. I used to cook these often, especially when my kids were having friends stay over.. And a couple of times after our big reunion/party we have every year.. Do you cook much? Or are you lucky and you usually get to eat what someone else cooks?

Awesome! My daughter cooks once or twice a week and I love it, told hubby last night when my daughter cooked that I felt like a real person. (Well, yes he looked at me like I was just a little weird!)

Good for you! I am not the lucky one, as I don't particularly like to cook, but I love to eat. Actually, cooking is not as bad as the cleaning up. But I especially don't like to cook or clean up after a LOT of people. People in my community are very big on potluck dinners and I do not like participating in those much at all.

I live with my daughter and she cooks. I have taught her well. She is a good cook.
