What do you think Is the best pokemon of all time?

What pokemon do you think is the best? Why do you think it's the best? What special abilities does it have that makes it so great? I think the best pokemon is Mewtwo because it was designed and made to be so. It has great stats and it can learn a lot of different types of moves.

Well, I have played the recent versions of pokemon yet, but I think I will go for Lugia at the time being. Lugia is very cool and has strong abilities as well. Its stats, however is very normal, just like other pokemon. I like it for being cool.
