I didn’t know this. So parsley is the leafy part at the top of the celery? I know it is bitter because I have eaten it. I’ve used it in soups. I always thought parsley grew like grass.

Nope, parsley is one thing, celery is another. Parsley is not like a grass but it is long skinny stems with multi lobed leaves at the end.

Thanks GG. I had no idea… though I have seen those cooking shows where they have herbs growing in the kitchen… I never know what they are called.

Parsley and celery are different plants.
Parsley is mostly used as a herb (just the leaves are used), though there is a variety which grows an edible root like a carrot and that can be eaten also.
Celery is the fleshy stems of the plant which can be cooked or eaten raw, though a closely related plant called celeriac has a swollen stem base which can be cooked like a root vegetable or grated raw in salads. The leaves of celery are sometimes used as a garnish. The seeds of celery may be used in the same way as cumin, fennel or caraway though they are not nearly as strong flavoured.
Parsley and celery belong to the same family - Umbeliferrae - as carrots, caraway, cumin, fennel and the like but their flavour and use is very different.

No, parsley and celery are not the same, but both are tasty and good for you. What is Kinchay? I have never heard of that.

No, this are diferent type of vegetables, and I understand that your friend is right, in general, green veggies, are rich in vitamins, and nutrients that helps the body to combat tumoral cells, leaving the healthy ones. There is another fruit that helps with this and is the annona, there are several studies about it, and are very promising, I leave you this page. www.wholeworldbotanicals.com/herbal_graviola I hope you find this usefull, I know of some people drinking tea of this leaves, and they say, it works.

I think they are different kind of vegetable8 but both of them are good for our health. No specific food can be a cure to cancer, you just have to eat the right of food in moderation.

They're are different type, celery are bigger leaves and stalk, LOL! Even the taste are different, I am not a big fan of parsley, but maybe because I don't really know how to put or use them. I've seen two types or parsley, normal parsley and italian parsley. I think Italian parsley are a bit sweeter, I have herbs garden and I have both parsley and celery but I rarely use them. I am not aware of the benefits of these veggies and if it's true, it's good to know that these veggies/herbs can fight multiplication of tumor.

I don't think that parsley and celery is the same. In fact I am pretty sure unless there is another variety or something like that. I don't like both of it to begin with. I just don't like the taste and specially the smell of celery...
I do know that both of them have good health benefits likes all vegetables.
