She snores. What works?

I have sleep with someone who snores. I can deal with it and i just ignore it, because even they are sleeping soundly and i am not because of listening, i tend to listen to the music to ease the noise. It wasn't all the time that they snore so i have nothing to do with snoring.

the more over weight you are, the more you snore. however, that is not always the case, i have nose issues and do snore due to a blockage and yes, the foam ear plugs do work.

oh man snoring is one of the most irritating thing, returning home after a heavy duty when we try get a nice and calm sleep when people spoil it by snoring (they will be sleeping well) it will definitely drive you carazy here try this wake her up and tell her to sleep after you went to a deep sleep ;-)

My boyfriend snores very loud when he is over tired. I've gotten used to it for the most part and sleep through it, but sometimes it's too much. We have used the nose strips and them seem to work if they stay on or I sleep with earplugs..
