What it means to be Strong?

When my dad lost his job some years back, we were all devastated and afraid for what the future could bring. But we survived that crisis because we had my mom to turn to for strength. Though I am sure she was just as afraid as we were, she never faltered and kept the family united and strong. Mom prepared us well for the big change our lives were going to take. I live a life that's far from perfect... but I remain strong because I have a mother who is strong. How about you, can you share your experience on being strong? What does it really means of being Strong for you?
