As you know, any time that we conclude a transaction, we have to leave and receive a feedback, in which we generally say if we had a good business with the other person. Generally we leave a good feedback, if the expedition was quite good, the conversation was easy and smart and the good was ok. In other cases it is also possible to leave a neutral feedback, if we didn't like the transaction but it wasn't so bad to put a negative one. The last possibility is to leave a negative one, if everything went in the wrong way.
My question was that: if someone didn't leave his feedback because he didn't want to leave it, what is it possible to do to have it? so, i mean, is it possible to inform ebay staff and tell that this person wasn't correct in concluding the transaction?
thanks to everyone!

There's no requirement to leave feedback, it's just considered polite to do so - and in fact most people do. There's no way of forcing someone to give you feedback, and if you could it would just cause them to give you negative feedback (and never buy from you again) so the best thing to do is just not to worry about it and move on. At least 90% of people will leave you feedback, so it's nothing to worry about.

yes, i knew! but this member made me angry. I sold him some cards for a very little money. then he sent me a lot of emails in which he said that the expedition had a delay (1 day and there were saturday and sunday between). after receiving the cards, he remembered NOT TO leave the feedback, and never answered to my emails. now i will follow your advice. i won't care about it...

I agree with the first person on that, you don't HAVE to leave feedback. I consider it kind of 'rude' I guess if someone doesn't..I've sold a few items that no one has ever responded to my messages or given me feedback, so I'm not sure what's up with that. I guess not everyone does it. I guess no feedback is better than negative feedback, if they weren't happy with the purchase or sale. I wouldn't worry about it though.
