Hello,
You just have to watch it closely. I think if you went to Vet they would give some kind of oinment to put on it if it was getting worse. I am glad he is getting better and runny around like they do and making funny noises. Mine use to chirp when the refirgierator door was open he was think he was getting celery or carrot soon. They are silly and cute too. What colors are yours?
Thanks and have a great day

Well my two guinea pigs have the same age. One is only one week older then the other. The oldest is a real big guinea pig and really likes to run between people, while the other is a more smaller one and is a lot more shy then the other one. My biggest has a lot white with some grey on it and the other one is the opposite, a lot grey with some white on it.
My big one can also stand on his back paws like a squirrel. He always does that when i want to give him food.
Everything was good but he now has another wound by accident. I opened another discussion for this.
