What do I do with Triond Google Adsense Account

I had written some few articles on Triond before I started experiencing problem with my online editor and since they offer you an opportunity to apply for Adsense, I applied for one sometimes. Recently, I received a letter from Google Adsense with a certain reference number saying that they have already checked my articles on Triond and would approve or dissaprove my account within 4 days after rechecking it again. The problem is that they want me to submit my blog URL which I really don't want as I have Adhitz ads and Chitika ads. I know for sure, they do not approve adhitz ads because they are similar to their Adsense Ads, but at the same time, I want my Adsense account in Triond to be approved. What do you think it is the best thing for me. Do I remove the Adhitz Ads on my blog or do I just ignore their request and wait and see what happens. It is been like two weeks since then but I have not heard again from them. Do you think they can approve my account without having to submitemy URL.
