After you have understood them then write or rewrite the sales letter and send to your prospective clients. Next explain in sufficient details the benefits of your product to your clients. How is your company different from other companies? Why they should use your product? If your company has a sale or something cool going on that could be explained to the prospective customer. You have to have something to catch their attention and then keep it.
