help! mylot earnings went back to zero withour receiving any

It has been a while since i opened my account,
then when I checked, my earnings of almost $16.00 went back to zero.
Upon checking my payment information, it is set to $25 before i can receive my payment.
How can i see the payment history?
How can i check when was my earnings deducted? :( help

maybe it's because you didn't login your account for a long time, I check your profile the last time you respond to a discussion was 10 months ago, I just can't find the right reference right now but it is stated that we should login to our account even once in 90 days (if I remember it right) if not all the remaining earnings in our account will be discredited.

uhm that is really sad because you put your effort to earn those money but you should have know about that rule in mylot, try to contact mylot admin and ask about it personally.

If you wish to search for the payment history, go to earnings-payment history. This can be found on top of the search bar. Hope you can resolve this problem soon!

Have you tried contacting an Admin? I believe the username once mentioned to me was GoAskAlice. Try asking what happened.

If you did not login and comment or start a discussion in the last 3 months you forfeited your earnings. This is in the TOS you agreed to when you signed up.

Actually This happened to me too.. If you don't log into your mylot account at least once in a 3 month period your earnings are forfeited per mylot rules. I know how much it sucks specially you had a lot more than I did. I never knew this till after I lost my earnings.. So heads up for next time :|

It was strange. People suffered from losing earning. I had to admit I was lucky I never felt like you ever did feel. I didn't really know what cause you earning reduction. I knew it was really disappointing to have presented our earning reduced. I have been joining here on mylot for nearly one and half year and I was really thankful for mylot. I have been very happy to be a member here even if I was ever paid once, this months, I promised I would get my second payment from mylot. This is a great site and place to make, so don't break the rules and regulations.
