Taking some fruits as part of my diet.

Good day fellow mylotters,
For the past few days, I have noticed that some of my clothes are getting tighter. And I suspect that I have gained a lot of weight. So what I did was, I weight my self. Well, its just not to heavy but I have gained 7 pounds. So now, I have started my diet. As part of the diet scheme, I have turned to a fruit diet for a while so it can sustain my one whole day activity in front of a computer since I am not taking any rice meal.

If you enjoy eating fruits you should try juices call Naked Juice. They have a lot different varieties such as Mighty Mango, Red Machine, etc. They are really good. They have some that has vegetables in it and they are very good to. I normally take a bottle with me every morning to work for breakfast. One bottle is filling and normally get hungry again until lunch time. Check out their site www.nakedjuice.com. If you try it hope you like it.

Yes, taking a fruit diet would indeed help you to have a very good metabolism. Thus, toxins will be easily eliminated.
In addition, fruits have lesser calories than rice meals, so it won't add up to your weight. Plus, because they a filled with fiber, you will not have hunger pangs.
