you know oats?

oats is a fiber food.it is very useful to heart and protect the heart.i can use every day morning.after am eating oats am feel good,its active more energetic for me.oats is very useful to maintain our body condition.it can be maintain our body weight.some people said for oats,it can be reduce our over body weight.

ok madan , how to made for the oats, its different thing or used in the daily life. how to health improve our body and only morning or any time can be do. user foot can do it all type of Dody or only week body take its

I eat rolled oats every morning, it's a good start for me. I add, fiber, seeds, raisens and almond milk. It's my breakfast, about an hour later I will eat a cooked egg and a banana.

Yes I know oats! It is my morning breakfast together with apple and milk. I make sure I don't skip eating it. Indeed, it is good to maintain this for it is good for our body.

Madan, I only know little about oats which is very useful to the health. It also reduce the weight. More over taking oats as breakfast will give better result. One of my friend reduced his weight to greater extend by taking oats only as breakfast. Your post is an eye-opener for all those who wise to reduce their weight and to keep themselves fit. Yes I also heared that oat is good for health. I have bought and took it for few days. I can't eat it for further, because it took me hard to have this. When i tried to eat few oats, my stomach get full. I can't eat it further.

Hello Everyone.. Can anybody recommend me a recipe where I can make oats for breakfast and it is delicious.. I tried oats once I really could not swallow it.. Is there something I could add to make it tasty? Please help!

Oh so it does help in reducing weight! lol...I loved eating oats and I reduced weight when I got addicted to oats. Hmmm...I'm definitely going back to eating oats again!

I do like oats, I've heard they also good for the heart! I don't eat the every morning, because I like my toast as well, though I feel a lot better after few hours of eating oats than toast!
