Milk with oats!

Do you think the above mentioned drink really lives up to its name? I mean does it really reduce cholestrol (this one is for my parents , i'm just a kid lol ;) ) Oh and does it have any effect on other age groups??

oats help reduces cholesterol and milk is also good for the health.. milk and oats are good for your parents.. :)
