dear friend, thanks for you seggestion. i like eating apple very much, but i seldom it it. do you know why, because apple is too expensive now in china, i cannot afford it anymore. before apple is about 3rmb but now it almost 7rmb now. if the apple is really good skin, then maybe i will have a try no matter how expensive it is. anyway health is much important.

You can try to eat some fruit which are in abundance of vitamin A B1 and c.So a lot of fruit you can choose to eat, such as apple, orange and so on.If you want to get a better skin, you should drink more water and eat fatness less.

our skin is our largest organ, so by default, what we eat can be written across our faces, for good or bad.while no single food can supply all the nutrients.so we can take more fruits.in my knowledge avocados,Banana, cantaloupe, strawberries, and papaya fruits are improve our skin and good for our health & skin.if you use these fruits daily, surely we can get good skin and health.

I think fruits, vegetables and plenty of water is extremely helpful to maintain your skin and hair in top condition and keep it glowing. All fruits have some good nutrient or the other that contributes ...The best thing to do is to buy the seasonal fruits which are available are in plenty during different seasons and are normally cheap...Bananas ,papayas and apples all of which are excellent for our system are available all round the year but others like certain varieties of oranges, strawberries, melons and mangoes are available only during their season and we should make the most of it - all the best and enjoy your day

Try to eat bananas. Thera are many types of bananas but you may choose one type that you like and is easy to get. All types of bananas have the same efficacy--to normalize your skin. Your skin will become softer, brighter, and much healthier. Ripe bananas can be eaten right away. some people like to have it fried or boiled. Another one which is very good to your skin is aloe vera. You can eat its flesh raw, or have it boiled. Aloe vera and bananas are my favorite fruits. I eat them almost every day.

I don't eat very often, but I always try to eat fruits as good as possible. Keeping our body healthy is easy than curing. Fruits is really required by our body, fruits that contain vitamin are good to avoid from losing body fluids. Eating too much fruits are also not good for our body, because consuming excess vitamin will lead cankers sore. Too much vitamin in the body will forced out by the body.

avocado is very good for your skin in fact it is used as a main ingredient in most beauty products like creams for the face and skin lotions. you can eat it as a dessert or salad and/or you can also use it as a facial mask to moisturize face.

I am not much of a fruit eater either. But to keep my skin hydrated, I have to drink plenty of water. foods that are high in anti-oxidants are perfect, I guess--like berries and apples.

It is very essential not to be just healthy internally but also externally.. Yes people are right fruits can do miracles for skin.. Vitamin A helps the formation of new cell, this keeps our skin supple, in other words it will keep your skin fresh specially from being dry. Because your lack of vitamin A that is why your skin is so dry and flaky. Here are few things you can start in your diet to get rid of the dryness. 1)Whole Milk 2)Whole Butter 3)Oily Fish 4)Eggs 5)Dark Orange vegetables like (carrots, sweet potatoes and winter squash) 6)Dark Green vegetables like (broccoli, spinach and Kale) In order to moisturize your skin you can have AVOCADO and BANANA, these two fruits will make your skin smooth and silky.. I hope this helps you my friend. If you need home remedies of masks to apply on your skin made from fruits, let me know! Cheers!
