but it`s different in mylot..i always approve friend request here even some of new friend is still newbie..
i always believe in mylot, more friend, more gain, more happy and more earning

Hey adhyz,
I also do the same. In Facebook I used to accept the friends who i knows well but here I accept all the ones and I find that all the ones here in mylot are good friends with good heart. This is the reason why I accept the friend request in mylot and I happy to tell you that you are a part of it

I always accept friend requests here in MyLot. I remember when I started and I found it hard to make friends here. So, I know that a newbie is looking to make friends to help them with not only their earnings, but to be able to learn how it all works. I like helping my friends.

Hi adhyz82, having different habit and culture in fb! True and I'm totally with you on that. Almost all of my fb friends are friends in real life Here in myLot I could say all of them are online friends whom we meet here and be friends.
Here I usually would accept friends who would comment back to my response only. I ignore newbies friends request that completely haven't done any post. Anyway I would like to wait and accept those who are active later. We could get more fun and earn more at the same time, if we have more friends with common interests and have more to share in interesting topics by commenting back and forth often
Happy posting and have a nice day

Yeah, we should except them as our friends we then could contact them via sending pm. It's so considerate of you to help new users by doing so Besides you do gain authentic friendship for sure in return True, having such genuine friends it's certainly they would have more interest to join in your discussions

the platform send message here is complicated..
you can`t send message if they are not your friends

hi there adhyz82,
you have a point on that. more friend, more earnings but perhaps that is a general rule, and in every rule there are exceptions. although you have more friends, but you are not doing the right thing and doing your best, your earnings will be somehow at stake. thus, more earnings are still in your hands and not on others. your friends will just be there to guide you and support you although in some point they can be your referral however, in the whole point your luck is still at your own palm.
maybe it will be better if you will rejoin what you have in mind and what i have shared, that is, more friend, more earnings plus doing the right thing and doing your best is equal to a better and much more earnings.
cheers.

I agree with you, adhyz, more friend give mutualism here. when you have many friend it help your started discussion rank up and get many response, beside other fact such as made interisting discussion. indirectly, it give us extra spirit to earning more. also good friend here always give benefit response such as advice for the problem and how to be good mylotters.but for me friend in facebook also give me advantages. I learn about blogging, writing and online business from my facebook friend. now I involve into facebook group "Discussion of Newbie Blogger" which help me a lot, I know about mylot from facebook friend and I also learn about shvoong from you, do you remember?

Hahahahahah! Sorry, but of course u like Mylot better than facebook! U got money from here! Heheheh... I also pick friends on my list. Even for the games I play. I used to reach almost 800 friends and I got shocked. :D I know those people, I mean why they were in my list. But sometimes it's silly to see so many people in ur list but they don't do the same thing anymore (hope u get what I mean). So I removed those who no longer played the games, or those which game I don't play anymore. I know it sounds rude, but I didn't make friends with them, I didn't get acquaintance with them, so why should I keep them in my list? O:)

Your English is ok. :) Keep practicing to improve it. ;) No, I don't like Mafia Wars as I don't know how to play it. Lol. I like simpler games like Farmville. It's my very first game on facebook. Then I also play other games that interest me. Right now I also play The Sims, and some girly games. :D

I generally accept any new friend, until they spam me, or until I find that they mostly post things that I cannot relate to. I do not do it for gain. It is misleading when you tell people that the more friends they have the more they will gain. Indirectly this might be true, because the friends may respond to their discussion, which does NOT earn them anything, but then they can comment back to the friend which DOES earn for them. You do not have to be a friend to comment, but the responses from friends are nice as they introduce more opportunity to participate and earn.

That is correct, you participate, you earn. I do not start many discussions, but I respond to as many as time allows, if I have anything to say to what is posted.

sometimes even some of my friends here give me link in message i still be their friend..of course maybe i didn`t follow what they want..
i always believe with many friend, many gain..
the simple example like i become your friend..
of course our interest is not same,..but become your friend, maybe 1 or two of your discussion will attract me for making respond..every time iam responding your discussion, thats called participation and of course the reward is money and money.

Hi adhyz!
It's the same for me in Facebook. I don't just add anybody. I only add those I know and sometimes, those who graduated from the same schools I graduated from even if I don't know them. Still, I deny requests from people that I don't know and I don't like.
Here in myLot, I'm still careful in adding friends. I add people who are active, those with similar interests with me, those who have responded to my discussions, or to those whose discussions I have responded. I don't add people who are inactive, I mean, they join and they leave after a few posts. I also don't add people who would just send me referrals.

hai to secretbear..
i think we had an options for accepting or rejecting any friend request here
so i can concluse that anybody had same opinion like me, when in their facebook list, they only accept people that they know it..
it`s different in mylot, where you must change your selection..

Does it really follow? It it could give us more earnings so we better add and add friends here. But you know whats the difference between your friends in mylot and your friends on other social sites? This is my personal experience, friends here doesn't care too much about you. I think its because our intention here is to earn money unlike in other social sites wherein we gain good friends, because our purpose is to find new friends, or reunite with old friends or relatives who are living abroad or in a place far from our residence.

wow..i think you must learn here that many member here more care than your facebook friend..many people when get problem always ask here and sometimes get a great solution from here..
we admit that some purposes here because want to get money..but don`t forget too, there are a little member here, don`t want to get money..for them, get fun here is more important than get money

I agree with you longbangod, some of our friends here doesn't really care too much about you. They just want to add you as their friend because they think about earning. Well, to tell you the truth, i add friends because i want to have a lot of friends here, It's up to me whether i could know them better.

I am a bit selective when it comes to choosing my friends here. I do have alot of them but most of them aren't active at all. I actually check out their profile before I accept or send them a request. I want to make sure that they are kind and respectful. I don't expect them to agree with everything but I don't want them to be abusive to my other friends or myLotters. I am also cautious about friends because some people are only here to PM a million referral links. I look at their discussions started to see if they have other interests besides earning money online. I like that interest too but I don't want it to be their only interest. I usually don't accept random requests. If there is a link..like they have responded to a discussion or I have responded to one of theirs..then I will accept them. Maybe we share a friend and we answered the same discussion..I will accept them then too. I think that the quality of the friends that we have can actually help us in every way that we need to be here on myLot. Emotionally and financially. One close and active friend can mean more than a hundred non active acquaintances.
I do enjoy my friends here very much and I always carefully consider anyone that sends me a request. I might even look at them later and send them a request if I have denied them before and they have continued to try here or added interests other than online money.

Hi adhyz: I agree with you. In fact I feel really happy when I meet new people and I don't feel unsafe here because I know exactly what kind of information I'm sharing in Mylot. On the opposite, having friend in Mylot helps me to find more and more interesting discussions, participating in them and thus, earning more money.

Forgive me, but I have to correct you: more friends DOESN'T means more earnings, those are two separate things. You earn for what you do, regardless your friends' activities or quantity. One thing I think friends help indirectly with earnings is that you get more notifications (like "your friend ....... started a new discussion") so you have an extra discussion to post and earn there, or your friends posting in your own, which gives you a chance to comment on them.
I agree with you in the Facebook comparison. I prefer too keep in social sites a restricted set of friends, because there I may give personal info which I may want to keep secret from everyone I don't trust. In forums, people know me only though my username, rarely I post any sensitive data here or in such sites.

Wow, looks like it's a hot topic, regarding so many respond you've got here :)
That's a nice point of view, I think. Also from reading the other's opinion about this.
Well, may be it's better for me if i start to add some new friends :)

It's not really the case. More friends doesn't mean more earnings because if your post is not good, nobody will bother to respond even if u have 100 friends. What's more the more friends u have, the more time u have to spend in entertaining them in their discussions before they reciprocate to u by responding. If u are spending time in starting your own post, yet not respond to their started ones, they will leave u eventually. When that happens, u are losing more than what u are trying to earn.

I have been here for almost two year and through this site I knew and met a lot of new friends. I came here not only for the reason of money but also for friendship. I knew people are concentrated on making money, and it's good thing for people who can earn money while many making friend.

I agree that I do not just accept anyone on Facebook. I accept more friends here. However, you do not gain more because you have more friends. That is up to you how much you earn here. Which I am sure you know already. I accept here until they start sending me different links and such.

Hi adhyz82! Good to kno that having more friends will give you extra earnings. i never knew that, or perhaps was not able to noticed that. Now I will be able to send friend requests to myLotters. I also read the comments and I agree that in here we can gain more true friends than on other social networking sites. Mylotters were exchanging good ideas and useful knowledge with each other.

i dont think had many friends here is directly helpsful for increasing your earning but indirectly..
i give you example..
if i become your friend, of course when i make the discussion that is not your interest maybe, you can respond my discussion..
the more friend, more interest that you can reach, and more discussion you make respond and more money you get
its simple logics i think
