By the end of the day, I zone out the world . . .

I don't know what's wrong. I mean I cannot see or know what's around me, but the person right in front of me. That too becomes fuzzy sometimes, and I'm not talking optically.
Like if an elephant, a T-Rex and an army tank come charging towards me from my three sides, I won't know.
Is it de personalization or de realization?

That's weird, but have you try to contact some psychiatrist or psychologist? I think you are having some trouble with your perception. I think you are suffering from something. Do feel this when you are depressed? Anxious? or do you take some medicine that is causing you this effect?

It seems that your mind is occupied with too many distractions . The best way to help you refocus is to write down your thoughts or what ever you may have to do for the day . it would not only help you clear your head but it would help you to refocus on what is ahead of you . It would help you to keep vigilant about yourself and your surroundings .
