Just a personal account as far as i know. I just have a person one but I live in US. Not sure if that makes any difference.

I would think a personal account is all you need but then i am in the US and you are else where aren't you?

Are you waiting for payment from mylot or from other site/s? Cause if it is mylot payment then I don't think you have reached the minimum amount yet (I have just based it only on the number of posts you have made). The minimum amount here is US$10. If I'm wrong and you already have US$10 in your earnings right now then your payment will be made next month (February) before the 3rd week.

I have reached the minimum payout but it didn't qualify for the month of January, by they have notify me that I am now qualified for February's Next payment.. During last day of December, I was $9.88 that's why I didn't reach the payout.. but its okay.. I will just to wait for it.. Thanks..

You need only a Personal account. You do NOT need a Premier or Business account (and, for most people it would not be appropriate because of the extra charges).
In order to receive your money to a bank account, however, you will need to 'verify' your account - that is, to link it with a bank account or a credit card which is in your name or to which you have full access. This is very simple and something which you SHOULD do. It is, after all, the main reason why PayPal was set up in the first place.
If you do not verify your PayPal account in such a way, you will find that the ways in which you can actually use your PayPal balance are limited: most vendors who accept PayPal require that the account should be verified. You will still be able to accept payments (up to a certain limit) but there may be problems if you don't follow the Terms and Conditions for your country.

It doesn't matter, premier or personal, the important thing is you have paypal verified account, it will be useless if you can receive the money but you can't withdraw to your bank account.

You mean EXPUSE Code, yeah paypal send 4 digit number to verification, they send to your bank account, you should ask to your bank to print out the report of your account.

Hi Pal, the answer to this will be of great interest to many myloters...for example...there is no pay pal in my country...shall I be paid or not?

I guess you need to find out first the list of countries for Paypal here: http://www.mylot.com/o/ppcountry.aspx
if your country is not listed they say they won't be able to pay you,you can still participate and you can earn and if ever Paypal adds service to your country that's the time they will be able to pay you..
