Iphone and Nike

I had a big problem in my phone..i dont know how to use the nike+ipod apps. It says to walk around to activate your sensor...i keep on walking and walking and nothing happen...what i miss??? Do i need to download something or buy something??? Help me dear myLotters what to do? I want to use it in my basic work out.. I usually go ups and down to stairs in 12th floor and soon another floor will add into it. I wanna know how many calories i lost so please help me..

hello..I think that Nike + I pod app can be used with NIKE shoes... If u have pair of Nike shoes u can easily use that iphone app..it shows the distance you walked..i don't know whether other shoes support it...

is there anything you can put on to your nike shoes before it can be use??

i neevr owned sensors for nike or adidas appareils anyway as in theory i know you must activite the sensors you bought and even sure you that your shoes or appareils are compatible with sensors...to know this you can refer to the nike site..as regards the sensors you must read carefully instructions and try again...probably you can download an app too on your device to share your results and even make some other features using sensors!!

You just have to walk around to activate the sensor thats what I did when I bought! Read the manual if you have one! If still confused ask me I'll help.
