why i can sleep tonight? what the problem? i get imsomnia. can you give me suggestion. i want to sleep like people normally. i am very confused know. i want to sleep but i can't. please respond and give your suggestion.

First you need to find the reason.
Here are some tricks to sleep well:
1) Have a clean room everything nice stocked up, nothing on the floor, clean desk,...
2) Have a nice and soft bed
3) Dont be stressed
4) Do an activity, before going to bed, wich doesnt take long. You can make a part of a sudoku or a cross-word puzzle.
5) Stop playing on the computer before going to bed. Stop 30min before going to bed
6) Sport before going to bed. I always have soccer before sleeping on some days and then i sleep very easy.

Why do you think you cannot sleep? Are you stressed? A lot of factors tie into that. I normally go to sleep late and wake up early. I cannot fall asleep early. You might want to try taking an over the counter sleeping pill to see how that helps. Do not take one everyday to get addicted. If that does not help you perhaps you should go to a sleeping clinic or see a doctor

There are so many factor why people can't sleep: are you thinking of something such s problems or whatever, are you stressed, does the environment conducive enough to sleep, is you bed tidy enough to be able to sleep? things like this are questions you should ask.. If none of these affects you, try drinking glass of milk.. after that.. lie down, say your prayers.. you wouldn't notice before you ending your prayer you are already sleeping..

you really should go see a doctor before you start messing around with meds to helpyou sleep to see if something is seriously wrong with you. if it is just stress that isnt allowing you to sleep, you need to work on that. i have health issues that cause me not to get a restorative sleep.
