What is the best forum for learning English?

I want to learn idioms and other nuances of the English language. I am a writer who wants to learn something new every now and then. Any recommendation as to the best sites where I can join by asking questions and getting the right answers? I am not a native English speaker, so I need this. Thanks.

Hi there! yup I m a huge fan of this site called englishtips.org where you can get all "English" Books (grammar, vocabulary, test bank etc) for free and lot of softwares and video tutorials are available for FREE! Here "English" means all types like TOFEL, IELTS, SAT, GMAT etc
