Would you still be a fan of a movie star that says this? What if you never knew whom your favorite star was seeing, would you Still be a fan? I know I would! The Only time I am excited to see the date of a star is at the Oscars! I don't follow the tabloid stories and don't read People! How about you?

I don't actually care. Look, they are entitled to have a private life also. I know they are stars, but to much in your face is no good. If I like an actor or actress, what they do in their private life does not affect me in the least. I like what they do, not what they're like.

I have a few stars I like who they are like more than the roles they play. But even then I do not need to know Every little thing about them. They have a right to privacy!

Exactly. Who really cares what they do in their private life anyway. As long as they entertain me in the movies or on TV.

Although I don't follow hollywood stars and tabloid materials, I don't think movie actors could say this. They choose to have a public life, so people would always pry. But for those who can make their lives private, kudos to them. I still wouldn't care. But if they're good at a certain movie I'm watching, then I'll be a fan.

I believe when they are on the red carpet, They are fair game But when they areon their way to the gym or to do some shopping they should be left alone! And Anytime they have their kids with them!

Movie stars are absolutely entitled to keep their private lives private. After all, they're human beings just like everybody else. They're entitled to keep things about their lives to themselves. It is their right.

Yes, I would. The most important thing is that the movie star keeps doing good films. Although it is interesting to know something about their lifes. They can't avoid this because they are always under the sight of the media. It must be hard for someone not can go somewhere without calling the attention of the people. Famous movie stars, and also athletes, suffer due this events.

I'm so glad I am not famous. I would hate all this attention to the trivial .

When it comes to movie stars, I am either a fan of their work or not. Being a fan of their work has nothing to do with being a fan of their lifestyle. Their ability to act, and how they live their life are two different things. So someone was to be a fan of their work until they something about their personal life or rather didn't see anything of their lifestyle, then they wouldn't be a fan of the actor's work, just a fan of the person. I hope that makes sense lol.

I really don't care about their personal lives...it should be that way. Its the paparazzi that has exposed so much and so many eat that right up....there are times when you hear about them suing or slugging someone with a carmera in their face and I don't blame them.....the person with the camera should have a little respect!

After they killed Diana , I wish it would be legal to kill a paparazzi if they get too close.you know like any pest you find on your property. Or if they block the path of you car!

I don't even know who most of the so called 'stars' are! I see a film and appreciate an actor or actress for the acting job they did in that film, but what they do off the filmset is entirely irrelevant. It's the same with music stars, or whatever. If what they do in their personal lives is not the same as what they do in their 'work' then it doesn't matter.

I am not an actor researcher or follower either. I am content with knowing they are an actor in a movie or show. The important stuff don't have to be researched anyway. If they really mess up, example Mel Gibson, it will be all over the news. I have had instances where something they did caused me not to want to support their career but I don't look it up.

Mel Seems not to like me so I don't like him anymore! It is sad because I loved him in Lethal Weapon.

Hiya Sarah, They must have a private life its essential for them otherwise they would get to be really stressed out in the finish. Some already cannot cope with being chased around by Reporters all the time. If I want to find anything out about a particular famous person I usually look it up on the internet but even then I donĀ“t take everything as being the whole truth about them. Magazines about famous people are okay to read every so often but so many of them include their private lives too often. If they were to be the opposite I might be more interested in learning about them. So I only ever get to find out about most of them when I can which is not very often. xxx

I also don't want to know about the personal life of my favorite star like what is he doing now, where is he going and all. I like to watch his movies not him dating some one or having some fun time or got caught by the police for something else. Its his personal life and I am not interested in it. All I love is his characters in movies not the gossips about him

I am not interested by tabloid stories ; I also think that private life should stay private and has nothing to do with the professional skills of a movie star, but maybe I am not a real "fan".

It doesn't bother me it's that celebrities choice and it's cool with me. I don't fallow the things they do. I might fallow the movies they are in but that's it.

Of course. Would. I agree that their private life is nobody else's business. Were I a celebrity, or politician, I'd feel exactly the same about my life.

Absolutely! "Movie stars" have as much of a right to private lives as the rest of us do. It's no wonder so many of them end up with multiple divorces, the way the media is after them 24/7 just hoping to catch them doing something wrong. Annie

I definitely don't care who an actor or actress is dating. They too have the right to follow their heart's desires.

Yes i would still be a fan! It is nice to know there are movie stars that DO keep their lives private! I do read stories on ther internet on entertainment stars and once in awhile watch Entertainment Tonight. So I know alot of what is going on in Hollywood and elsewere. I hate stars who are always in the limelight and don't try to hide their privacy!
