Life has become too fast these days and too busy as well. I am not finding time to spend with my friends and parents. How are you people managing your work life and your personal life without disturbing any of them. What will you sacrifice if it comes to chose between a official meeting and a family party? How do you cope up with this kind situations and pressures?

It is a rather intriguing struggle to balance all aspects in life. It is rather obvious why a lot of people are rather going collapse underneath all of the pressure of trying to balance that many baskets. There are a lot of times where we are pulled in so many difference directions, that we are rather burned out, and there are times where we must wonder what to do...what to do. I think that there needs to be a certain amount of creativity. There have been times where any choice you make, will be the wrong choice. There are times where I think there is either catching heat from the boss or catching heat from your family, where you're going to get it for both ends. Of course, mentally one choice is obvious but in your heart, another choice is obvious and the war between the brain and the heart can be the worst part of any balancing act. There needs to be some creative thinking, which I have done before.

Indeed, life is short and time runs so fast. In the past we were just innocent child but now we are the one who will lead the way. Each and every day is an important step in my life. I spend it wisely with people whom I can trust no matter what happens. That is my family.

One time I was working full time and I tried to not let work get in thew way of my social life. It felt like burning a candle at both ends. I went out some evenings after school and then had to do school preparation and marking the exercise books at five in the morning. Then I would shower, get dressed and have breakfast. I cycled off to the school I worked in. If I had an official meeting I would attend half of it then disappear off to my family's party. I often find three things have been set for one day and this sort of things gives lots of pressure.
