I don't think working from home is easy at all. There are so many distractions that sometimes it's hard to sit down and get to work. It's also difficult in my line of work, as a freelance writer, because I spend more time looking for work than actually working. I think I spend more hours in activities related to my work than most of my friends who work in offices do.
If you're willing to commit to it, though, it's a great way to earn a living. I get to be here all day with my son, and my wife and I only need to maintain one car, since I don't commute. These are the activities I use to earn my money: http://www.webupon.com/money-making/best-ways-to-make-money-online-with-no-qualifications/

Find a site to write for, based on reviews from other writers. Sign up (some places require a writing sample or evaluation, some don't), find articles on the topics you know about, then write and submit those articles. The topics will depend on the sites you choose - Triond, for example, lets you post anything on any topic, while sites like TextBroker have lists of requested topics.

good day aankslankers,
well, as we all know, works requires attention. whether it is at home or in an office, time and attention is a must. and no work has been claimed to be easy as it is. hence, every type of job requires hard-work and patience.
that even you are doing work from home, still, it requires attention and thorough learning. however, the difference here is that, you can handle and allocate your time easily since you are your own boss. and the main ingredient here will be your self discipline.
indeed, work from home really a great way to supplement our income from outside job. and there are times, income coming from home online jobs are much higher than those we received from outside job if we really do our best to do our task.
