Can you give me some tips on how to build muscle in just a short time? I want to know the supplements and brands which are safe to use but effective. And can you give me some tips on what food I should eat to get lean muscles. I want to gain muscles, but don't know how to start.

If you want to build muscle, you need to start doing weightlifting exercises while increasing your protein intake. Some cheap and low-fat options for protein sources include beans, lentils, and eggs. You want to avoid increasing your red meat intake by too much as red meat is high in unhealthy saturated fats. The same goes for dairy products such as milk and cheese. You can also try protein shakes and adding protein powder to your food, but this is more expensive than dietary sources of protein.
I've heard many bodybuilders say that creatine supplements will increase your muscle mass. Personally, I'd avoid using any kind of chemical or pharmaceutical supplement, because of the dangers and the side effects. You're better off with lots of protein and a long workout.
