All my earnings dissapeared

Omg, today when I checked in on mylot it seemed that all my earnings have dissapeared. I haven´t been on in a little while, because I was so busy with work and other stuff. Can anyone explain to me what has happened, can I get my earnings back, or is it lost forever? And the worst thing is that when I look at earnings, there is a box stating that I am a new user, but I have been a member for about 4 years now. Who knows what happened?

This is dealt with in the FAQs here: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx#21 and has always been part of the Terms of MyLot. If you don't log in (and that is all that you need to do) at least once in a 90 day period, your earnings are forfeit. Don't worry about the box that says that you are a "new user". Anyone can see from your User Rating that you have been involved in over 1000 discussions in the past.

Ok thank you, I never really read the faq before, I just tought it would be ok. Too bad my earnings are all gone, oh well. Thanks for your comment.

That's because my friend an account that has been inactive for 90 days and more, would have the earning forfeited. And when you become active again, you will be tagged new user.

Hello This happens if you are inactive for a long time, be sure your money is safe here.. you need to login to keep your account active.. Best of luck. Happy posting, cheers. Kalyani

Have you stop mylotting for about more than 90 days. There are rules here in mylot that if you did not visit or open your account for more than 90 days your earning will be back into zero. But if you open it before it reach the 90 days try to contact our admin.Just always open your account at least once a week so you can avoid that to happened again. Welcome back in mylot.
