I couldn't resist such lazy habit of mine. I would skip lunch, and take a nap in my car; or after work, I won't do anything else, and take a nap before dinner time. Is that a healthy habit, or considering a lazy habit? It wasn't like that before, just around the winter time come around, and I felt extremely tired one day, and I took a 2 hours nap. From that day on, I have been continue to nap whenever I have free moment to spare. What do you think?

Gosh, I feel like I need to hibernate for a thousand years. I certainly won't know if that is a sickness.

That's exactly what happens to me,sometimes. When laziness overwhelms me I tend to laze away and do almost nothing. So, what I do to get rid of negative habit is to get out of the house and walk away. I let my legs stride aimlessly till I get tired. After walking this way, I usually feel a lot better. Laziness seems to die away. Why not give it a try? if it doesn't work, and you still feel lazy and sleepy, I guess you have to see a doctor. It might give you a sign that you are starting to have a kind of sickness symptom. It's always important to consult a doctor, just to be on the safe side.

Naping is not a good thing it really means there might be something wrong and you might want to go to the doctors to find out what it might be. I never take naps and ifi coud i would try and not even be able to nap but just lay in bed thinking about everything i could be doing. Napping is a lazy habit and if you do eat your three meals a day and a snack between lunch and dinner you might find yourself not napping and being able to stay up but this is just me and not a specialist saying this. Do you feel tired often? Why do you feel like you need to take a nap often. I normally only take a nap on the weekends if I have a headache or not feeling well. Bad eating can cause this too because eating the wrong foods and then going to sleep is not a healthy habit either.

I think taking a power nap once a day is fine. That kind of sleep will make you more energetic I feel. But well when I try to take a nap, I sleep for so long that is why I don't really like the idea of taking naps for myself. Coz I know I won't wake up until some hours.

Are you started to age? How old are you? I assume that once a person is getting old, he no longer can be active as in the young phase. If you feel tired, you can wash your face and come out again, taking a nap is not a problem to me, I think its okay. I also take nap whenever I am tired but I do finish my work delegated to me. I hope you are the same.

Well, that power nap that you've got is done whenever you have free moments to spare right? Then it is time well spent as your body surely needs to recharge and rest. I would really love some free moments like that too as I have a lot of thing going on with my life that I lack the appropriate number of hours for slumber. Also, that became a habit of yours because your body calls you to do so. So you better give in to what your body wants. Just don't doze of during work!

Taking easy, it was changed due uncertain condition...I think it will back to normal.....
So do I, in certain condition, I always skip breakfast or lunch but it was back yto normal, there's no something wrong about that, but it can be your habit if your arranged time like that.

Woww... I'll call it a lazy habit. :)
But maybe you need to see your doctor, I am afraid if you have problem with your health.
And let me tell you something, if you do a new habit continuously at least for ninety days, it will be recorded in your memory and you'll do it reflexly :)
