what's the difference yahoomail.com with yahoo.com?

hello guys, I'm a bit confused with the second site, which is in my mind right now, yahoomail and yahoo is a stream or not?

Yahoo! is the main product - it's a search engine. Yahoo! decided to create a mail service, and that's Yahoo! Mail.
