I swear, there's always certain foods that need to be eaten together. Tea and cookies. Chocolate chip cookies and milk. Peanut butter and jelly. Chips and dip. I just have to have those combinations. Like pairing orange juice and chocolate chip cookies just doesn't do it for me. I must have the milk! Do you agree? Are there some foods that you must eat together? Which ones are they?

Mmm. Bread and butter pickles. I remember my friend took them on a car ride to Florida because she craved them and they ended up spilling all over the floor! Yikes!

Hi Stephanie Ann C: Sure, there's always a combination of meals that we love to eat like for example for me, it's coffee and cookies, hamburger with French fries, hot chocolate and cheese and the combination could go on. ALVARO

Chocolate chip cookies and milk. Peanut butter and jelly? Well dear when I eat chocolate chip i eat it not with with anything but water. It is already sweet so I need water to neutralize the sweetness. Peanut butter and jelly...well actually i've not tried this. I like to spread peanut butter all by itself in wholewheat bread. I didn't know i could add jelly into it. Well I will try one time. Now this Chips and dip of course is a favorite of mine. This I eat whenever I watch TV. The only food pair I usually mostly is hot chocolate and wholewheat bread with my any of my favorite spread.

Well, there is no such things as "must eat together", but I do like Corn flakes and bread,Corn Flour Chapati(a bread) alongwith Saag ( A green veggie), or chocolate biscuits with coffee. I do like these foods together.

I would have to say that cookies and orange juice are definitely foods that I wouldn't mix either...lol...yuck. Milk is one of those wonderful universal drinks that can go with almost anything. Cake and ice cream are a very nice couple but I could eat either or alone. No fruit juice with them though.

oh well i think that is quite okay to be paired.. but then for me i do not need them to be eaten together, like chips.. i can eat a bag of chips without having any dips. hehe same as the cookie and milk because i do not even dip cookies in milk. =) but maybe i think you could not enjoy or eat a nacho chip(corn chip) without the dip or salsa.. that should be eaten together indeed. or maybe for me, i can't enjoy a pizza without a hot sauce! ha ha

I totally agree that there just certain foods you need to eat together. Such as, tea and toast, bacon with eggs and steak with potatoes. However, the other day I did something I had never done in my 55 years on this earth. I ate a buritto with a glass of grapefruit juice. I know you are saying how disgusting but it worked for me. I was craving the grapefruit juice and so I went for it. My daughter was disgusted by the whole thing and could watch me eat and drink that combination.
