i can't open my account.. any suggestions to open it again??...

Its been a while since i didn't open my mylot account. When i opened it again, i can no longer open my account because I guess the password was changed. i clicked the link below saying " send me my password in my email add", but no email from mylot that i received. Do you know how to retrieve an account??please help...
