I already gave up hope for those cars that runs in solar energy , electricity and water, Those cars are great inventions but I already accepted the fact they will never be mass produced Oil industries will stop them and government or country will support them for mass production. If we want to have them, we have to eb freaking rich and go to the inventors themselves,
On the other hand we have Biodiesel, Its part gasoline and part organic material. Well its more better for the planet earth, then the regular diesel and its not going to kill oil industry cos oil is still part of its ingredients.
I already accepted that the solar and water cars will never be mass produced, But does the Biodiesel have more chance to be mass produced?
I had seen Biodiesels made from coconut oil, sugar cane, Water lily and an an invasive species of fish that is a pest for fishermen, Everything that has oil can be turned into biodiesel, I noticed one thing though, Biodiesel seemed to be intentionally turned more pricey than regular oil for now.
Does Biodiesel have a chance to be more available in the public. I mean Oil industry can still make money out of them and its a good alternative.

I think the oil industry wants to squeeze as much money as they can out of selling petrol while it's still around. They'll probably only switch to biodiesel and other more sustainable and environmental-friendly once there's absolutely no more oil left to be sold.

That might take a while though. For the world to completely run out of oil. A lot of petrol companies are willing to spend a lot of money to look for more sources after all. So it will take time for them to admit that there is absolutely no more oil left.

water cars had been invented many times but the oil producing countries and companies tried stopping their production.

So, you believe transition by appeasement to the oil industry will work? You would still be at the mercy of both indstry & government regarding biodiesel. There are many alternatives on the market today, but the cheapest by far is to go get an old second-hand diesel vehicle & convert it to run on vegetable oil that you can get for free from your favourite restaurants & takeaways! One example in the USA:

Now we can make our local area smell like takeaway from our favourite veg eateries instead of the usual exhaust!

solar and the hydrocars would have been awesome but they were not mass produced for people despite of the fact theyw ere proven to work. There is also electric cars, I think if you have solar panel and an electric car it might work but its damn expensive for regular people. Though if I am rich I would like to have it. The air smelling like french fries sounds better than the air that smells like burnth crude.

As of now, oil prices are on the all time high and it has no signs of going down. Especially now that Iran is threathening to close some oil supply route in the Gulf region. With this news blowing up from the media, we will expect even more price hike for oil. Through the years, mankind has been searching for some alternative forms of energy that can at least reduce the dependance of fossil fuel worldwide. as you have said there's solar energy, water energy, wind and electrical energy for transportation. Electric hybrids cars are here now but they are too expensive for us ordinary people and they are even more costly to maintain. However, give it a couple of years more maybe they will be the trends but for now it is still far off. Then new fuel sources are discovered like biodiesel which is like you said part fuel, part organic. Yes it's a fuel mixture, but as we can see it is retailed with the same price or even higher than the usual pure diesel we buy. It is still expensive because the mixture undergoes so many refining process specially the organic additives that are added. Not like diesel wherein it goes through refineries and out comes the diesel. They say it reduces air pollution if biodiesel is used, that's true but again the price is still not that cheap and is not available everywhere. Biodiesel maybe in the near future the solution for the high gas prices, hopefully all governments worldwide will finally look into it and make it more affordable to all.

The fact biofuels can be harvested to everythign with oil. if they can make fuels from fish, who knows the rats lurking around the city could be a good source too. Almost every edible oils are being used for making Biodiesel, from Soy to Canola. I already gave up with the free fuel cars cos we know they will never be in the market and if they make it in the make they will be expensive like you said,
But somehow I hope Biodiesel will succeed, I hope oil companies wont stop them cos Biodiesels wont kill their industry.

as much as we want those special cars to be mass produced, Oil comnpanies will stop them cos it will kill their industry, governments will stop them cos they get good taxes from oil. so Biodiesel is our only hope.
