Chelsea takes on the wrong family in The Young and the Restless

The story with Chelsea is probably going to be the next big Billy Victoria story. Chelsea really made a mistake in going after Billy in the way she did, if she had said that they had a fling and she was pregnant, Billy may have felt guilty and given her the money she wanted. Now though Billy and Victoria are going to fight Chelsea for custody and probably claim she is an unfit mother. The fact that Chelsea assumed Billy is like a soft puppy and Victoria is the fragile wife means the revelation that both of them can be quite ruthless left her shaken. This promises to be a good story, we will also find out who is on the other side of the phone, is Victor really involved?

I don't know any woman who would want to take Billy down like this. Messing with Victoria is the wrong thing for this girl to do. I think that Chelsea is up for a real battle and I am sure that she is going to fight for that baby.
Did anyone see the other day when the dog didn't like Chelsea and how she said he would really hate her after she seen what she was going to do to these people? I can't figure out why someone is so determined to ruin the two of them. I can't think of any real enemies- other than Adam.

The advantage of soaps and in particular long running soaps like this is that they can bring enemies from a time that the character was not even on the show. The target may be Billy or Victoria, time will tell. The fact that Chelsea is new to the show means they can create a whole range of back story with little or no limit. I missed the dog scene, but lately I have been a little busy so I have been seeing the show while doing other things so I may have missed a scene or two.
I do hope this story actually lives up to it's potential and doesn't whimper off like the Dianne murder story.

She has definitely underestimated Victoria. Victoria lost Lucy so she will fight hard to get this baby since it is Billy's biological child. As Billy pointed she has shown that she can be tough like she was against Victor.

I think Billy is one of the few people who knows how dark Victoria can be (Nikki married Deacon because she believed it was possible Victoria killed Diane) and still love her all the same, that is what makes their relationship work. Victoria also knows that if Billy wants to he will break any rule, take any risk for his children, so between the two of them Chelsea is in for a tough battle. Then Cane, Nick, Adam, Victoria, Nikki and the rest of the family will be watching her every move. She is taking on two families, both the Newmans and the Abbots. Though they may fight amongst themselves constantly they will unite for a common cause.
