How do you think about a vision?

I just wanted to ask how you guys think about a vision.
I sometimes have it. I dream about something and this becomes reality. I had the same feeling today. Only i had this in a dream lots of years ago, but i can remember it perfectly.
Is this true? Or is this just a déja vu?

Hey this has happened to me a several times.I am having a normal day nothing special and suddenly i see,say or do something it feels like that i have been in that situation before.It feels like i had a vision of this already it has happened already and now again.It is very hard to tell that if it was a dream or not.
Yes i think it is possibly deja vu.
