i know that water is very important for our body. most of our body consist of water and drinking enough water will be good for our health. drinking enough water will help to remove toxins in our body and also help the digestion process. but there are some people who do not like to drink fresh water. some of them like to drink tea, coffee, soda, everything which have taste. i'm not tea addict, coffee addict but instead i'm not a waterholics. i consume less water everyday. i don't know why i can withstand with thirsty. can you give me suggestion how to increase my interest in drinking fresh water? how much water do you consume everyday?

I am also not fond of drinking water. But i force myself to drink at least 8 glasses a day, so my metabolism will speed up.
In the office, i have my own big glass. It is my goal that i will be able to drink at least 3 glasses of it before we home at dismissal. Then at home, i would still aim to drink at least 2 big glasses of water.
My big glasses is equivalent to 2 ordinary glasses. So, at least i get to drink enough water.
You can also do it my friend, because water is very good to the body.

That's a good start for the day my friend. Follow it up with another glass in the middle of the morning and the next few hours there after. Be constantly aware of your water intake, because it's best for our bodies.

Keep bottles of water near you at all times. If you don't have water bottles then get a jug or kettle. Drink from it whenever you can. If this doesn't help, exercisng vigorously will help you want to consume more water. I drink about four to eight cups of water daily. It helps keep your whole body hydrated and the headaches away.

Yes that is one good way of keeping yourself hydrated. Because while you are working even inside an air-conditioned you need to drink water at regular interval to keep your self survive from lack of moisturizing. Air conditioning is one big enemy of your skin and keeping bottles of water at every place wherever you work is good for your skin and wrinkles.

Water itself, none. I never drink water. I drink a lot of coffee, caffeinated, and these days also, decaffeinated. I've been fit for most of my days, virtually no serious illness, no operations. But recently, medical reports have told me my health is no longer as perfect as it once was (once certified A1 except my short sight). So I am trying to cut down on sugar; as well as caffeine. I've been advised to exercise (very wise); also I've been told drinking water is phenomenal for the health. But like you I'm no great drinker of water; I can't imagine drinking all that liquid without feeling awful. I mean; whenever I drink too much, even soft drinks, it doesn't make me feel terrific. I'm getting on and all. But I've heard the most incredible reports concerning the drinking of water.

if you find water tasteless, try to infuse it with fruit flavors. slice fruits of your choice and add it to your water and refrigerate.

That's pretty much all I drink actually. I hardly ever drink soda or juice anymore. I realized long ago that none of that stuff was really good for either your health or your teeth. So I started drinking bottled water(yes I recycle the bottles). Now I wasn't a big water drinker either so I had to come up with a way to get me used to the taste. Whenever my husband & I go out to eat I always order water with ice & a slice of lemon. The lemon adds some flavor to the water & I love drinking it this way. When I am at home I will drink regular bottled water or I will buy the Crystal Light packets at Walmart. They come in many flavors & are a lot more healthier for you then any juices or sodas. Just be inventive. Find ways to make water taste better for you to be able to drink it because it really is more healthier for you to drink.

hi robswife2006....thank you for the sharing. i think that's a good idea to put a lemon and give a taste in my fresh water. but does it taste too sour? i never try it, but i will. i want to drink more. does add some ices in the water is good? some people said that it will make our stomach getting bigger. that's why i prefer fresh water without ice

we all know that water is an essential factor for our existence. i think water has great importance than that of solid food items. we can use water not only at the time we feel thirsty , but also when we are hungry. A glass of water can make us feel ok when we are too much hungry. more than that... water is a very good medicine which maintains our body balance.

I got used to drinking almost 8 glasses of water daily because it really helps my body function properly. Also, since I'm preggo, I really need more water consumption. If you drink less than normal, try slowly getting your body used to drinking more each day. I did that and that was how I got used to it.

In the summer I have no problem drinking enough water, but in the winter I find it more difficult. I'm not a big coffee or tea drinker, but tea is not just black tea. I like to experiment with green or red tea, peppermint tea, and spices like cinnamon or ginger. If you eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggie, it is possible that you need less water.

i think the quantity of drinking water in a day should be 8littters for a adult person... i regularly drink water around 6 litters.. and i don't like to drink tea,soda,etc... i think fresh water i best .. you can do one thing , firstly make a routine that before break fast i have t drink 500ml..or something like that... some day if you follow your own created routine then its will never pressurized you...

Water is very essential in our daily lives. you have to have discipline within yourself in order to increase your interest in drinking water. Specially when you eat salty foods, our body needs water in order to dilute the sodium. If you don't drink, this may be a cause to hypertension.

Drinking water is my favorite way of cleaning system. I love drinking lots of it first thing in the morning without fail. I have been drinking water for almost eight years now. This depends on weather conditions whether I drink 3-4 glasses or 5-6 and mind it that I am talking about first thing in the morning.
Drinking water is useful in many ways like you said this is not only good keeping your kidneys clean and free from expected occurring of calculi but some other urinary tract related problems as well. Drinking enough water in the morning is a good way for keeping your weight under check. If you drink enough water that means that your tummy has lesser space for food hence you eat lesser.
My experience says once you begin drinking water you soon develop a love for this habit because you see yourself more fit, fresh and working better over the day. So try to start it from today as they say leaving any thing for tomorrow is not wise. You shall face it difficult just for few days but once you shall get used to it, you shall see the big change in your self. Happy drinking.
