I love the Dark Chocolate
but not sure I see any benifits as I am drinking my healthy coffee and see alot of benifits from it. It has Ganoderma in it that is an herb and from a mushrum extract
It has lowered my cholrestrol and its improving my kidney dieses (sp)
Look up Ganoderma and see the benifits from it!

Easily the number one way in which chocolate has benefited my health is by keeping me sane!! Whenever I go on a diet or try and incorporate more healthy food choices, I know in the back of my mind that I can always have a little piece of chocolate (in moderation of course!) at the end of the day, in order to get that rush of flavor and good feeling that comes from eating it. Of course besides the good endorphins that get released during these times, I also enjoy chocolate for the benefits it gives in terms of stress relief. Honestly having a small bite of chocolate (especially dark chocolate for me!) makes me feel so relaxed and much calmer than if I hadn't had any at all. I was looking this up and apparently this feeling stems from the fact that the anti-oxidants in dark chocolate (which by the way has 8 times more than strawberries!) act to regulate blood pressure, which in turn leads to less stress. Overall I would say that chocolate is definitely a beneficial food to me, and I will easily go out of my way to try and get a little bite of it everyday.

One of the most loved food in the world. It does have benefits especially the dark chocolate ones. It is said to be an antioxidant. It is also said to be good for the heart. It doesn't have bad cholesterol and it stimulates endorphins thats why if you eat chocolate you can feel that happy feeling.

Back in college on an evening before a day I was not looking forward to, I was feeling a little under the weather. I wasn't feeling bad enough to say I was sick and couldn't go to classes so I thought to push myself over the edge. I went to the store and bought a party size bag of chocolate M&Ms. I sat up late watching television and ate the whole thing by myself. The next morning I felt terrific. I've done this a few times since with the same results.
Friends and family have two theories about this:
Theory number one says that all that chocolate gave my system such a boost of energy that I fought off my malaise.
Theory number two says that all that chocolate made an environment in my stomach so hostile to bacteria and viruses that they all left.
Let me know if this works for you.

I like your form of medicine... M&Ms...
And it is your belief in them that helps them work even better.
Keep on believing...
and the experience of healing keeps on increasing.
