Need help to lose 10 lbs in 5 weeks

I'm going to Vegas in about 5 weeks and want to lose as much weight as I can in that time. I plan to start the slimfast diet monday. I'll drink a shake for breakfast and lunch and a small dinner. I also plan to do cardio for at least 30 minutes for at least 4 days a week, maybe more. Do you guys have any tips to help me lose lots of weight in a short time. When I come back from Vegas, I plan to take the slow and steady approach because I know that type of weight loss works and lasts. But right now, I just want to lose a good amount for my trip.

Drinking apple cider vinegar works for weight loss and so does green tea. I understand that eating healthy and exercising is the best way to lose weight but sometimes we need something fast. I'm doing The Master Cleanse right now for fast weight loss. Beyonce did it and she lost 20 pounds in 20 days. I've been doing it for 2 days and I've lost 3 pounds. I had to stop exercising because of an injury and I'm scared to regain the 16 pounds I've lost due to inactivity so that is why I started The Master Cleanse. Once I'm healed, it's back to eating Lean Cuisine and running for me.

I've got some green tea but need to get the apple cider vinegar. How much and how often should I drink it. The Master Cleanse does work but it is mini-torture for me. lol Good luck with your weight loss journey.

Thanks, I'll try it for sure. I bought my slimfast today and will be starting the diet tomorrow for about 30 days until my Vegas trip.

You're right it really isnt the healthiest method. I dont plan to do it long term but just this month to get a lot of weight off quickly before my vacation. When I get back I'll take the slow, steady, healthy approach of eating better and exercising more because that is what will allow me to keep the weight off.

Losing weight is very hard to do. That's what I am fighting for 5 years ago.I am very skinny when I was in college, but when I reach my twenties, i gained weight.I blamed my unhealthy lifestyle on that. Now I cannot say that I am fat, but I really gained a lot of pounds. I have tried many different ways but still I failed because of course, its really hard to maintain it.
But if you are really serious with it,you must first condition yourself, to have self discipline. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, less rice and sugar.You should also eat oatmeal or oat bran that can really help in decreasing cholesterol level in your system. And lastly, don't forget to exercise at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week. Good luck to you my friend.

Usually when i got a few pds to loose is go to a 1000 calorie diet i write down everythin i put in my mouth. i know most say this is too low but for me im short an my motabolizm is soo slow. i live mostly
on those special k bars during the day an have a sensable dinner an not after 6. I drink lots of coffee an
green tea it also curbs the appitite. lots of water an try to keep moving all day ..clean ur house bath the
dog..play with ur kids..my fav to play with them is the xbox kinnect my son is really competitive so we try to keep beatin the others score. dowside is this diet will make u tired an possibly moody
