I only knew Adele (whose fullname is Adele Laurie Blue Adkins) only a few days ago. I was "advised" by a friend of mine, one of the best British voices of our time.
I want to be honest now, saying that I've heard of Adele's just a piece: Set Fire To The Rain.
I was really astonished, this piece, for my taste in music is too good! Very catchy sound and words in the composition.
From what I deduced, translating the text in my language, it is understood that this passage has as theme the end of a love relationship, with particular reference to the previous history of the same Adele. More specifically, the song has a tone of accusation against the former partner, guilty of lying, hiding it from one side of his character.
Maybe for my taste I do not feel like even to judge the skill of a singer considering only one song, in fact I'm going to listen to at least a "wheeled" just to make me a more precise idea.
However, if the other pieces I find to my liking, Adele will be added to the palmares of my favorite female singers.

adele was really great. She has a unique voice that everybody can imitate and can sound of.

i also love her voice. i do not love every song i've heard by her, but her talent is hard to deny. even the songs i did not like much had good lyrics and vocals, so she is still a really good artist in my book. i also like "set fir to the rain". it is a very powerful song.

I fully agree, however, first I would like to hear other tracks by Adele, then I will have a more accurate rating.

One of my favorite singer these days. Wow...Someone like you and I'll be waiting songs has a great tune. Wonderful voice and best singer these days. I have the DVD of her performance at the royal albert hall. It was great. I used to hear her songs always......
Firstly I couldn't follow the lyrics but now I know it by heart. Great music, voice and lyrics....

Hello Al, yea Adele is a very good singer for me right now and I really love her voice. She has this kind of husky and powerful voice and also she has a great songs to and one of my favorite from her is the one titled rolling in the deep, also I added her to my favorite female singing artist. Hope she release more song

Adele is a wonderful singer. I love her musical style and choice in songs so she is one of my favorites. Her Rolling in the Deep was a fun, soulful and catchy song that was very memorable because of the whole package: her voice, the melody and the vivid lyric.

In recent years, several girl singers from the UK have achieved great success internationally with a Soulful sound, including Amy Winehouse, Duffy and Adele. The only one I'm familar with is Amy; I've heard most of her work; but I'm not overly familar with Adele, despite her incredible success. But I loved a single of hers from a while back, "Chasing Pavements"; such a desperately sad song despite a beautiful melody; and Adele's voice captured just the right amount of tragic yearning; always an important feature in my view fo a really great singer: the ability to suggest deep emotion. I must listen to more of her work.

Sometimes I can love a song without having to love the singer all out. In the case of Adele, there is no denying that I love her "someone like you". Rolling in the deep is also popular. I find it unique but doesn't necessarily suit my taste.
I think I like Country and Soul. No wonder why even if Lady Gaga's not really in my list of fave singers, I kind of took a liking for "You and I".

Adele haves a talented and beautiful voice. I only like two songs of hers, which is "Rolling in The Deep" and "Someone Like You". Both of this songs really shows Adele singing her emotions out about her relationship. I still haven't heard any other of her songs yet. I'll probably check them out later. I'm not into that much of a Soul genre, but I just love listening to her voice and the songs haves a great beat.

I heard a part of one of her songs before (I must say, I judged the book by its cover), and I found it boring.
I heard a cover of "Rolling In The Deep" by another band and I loved it. I came back to Adele.
Her album - 21, is about her relationship, rather her breakup with a guy. It has been the album which has been at the top spot for the longest period of time.
All songs are good. If you want, try "Someone Like You" too, with "Rolling In the Deep'. Amazing songs.

I love Adele. I had just became a fan of her for less than a month. I don't like her songs before but later on upon listening her song entitled Someone Like You, I found it great. I always listen to it and also Rolling in the Deep. That was really a nice song. Its meaning is so nice. I think I'm gonna listen to the song you've mentioned above. I'll check it out.

I love Adele as well. Though I haven't heard much of her songs yet but one of my faves is her song "rolling in the deep," that's just a very good song. And when she sings, wow!, that's just amazing. I think it's her way of singing that I like, and the way she makes you feel the message of the song. Totally great!
And I think you're doing good, just listen more of what this girl sings then you can decide if you'll add her on your list or not.. It's anyone's choice anyway. ;-)

I like her song Rolling in the deep, Because it was an original soundtrack of the movie, I am number 4, which is a very good movie.
