My dream job is to be a writer and an actress on Broadway. I hope to make it some day and I don't care about making millions like other celebrities but just to be able to do what I would would be amazing. Aside from Broadway I would love to be on a sitcom on TV because I like making people laugh and my friends have told me that I am funny. So I'm hoping that within the next few years I will be doin these things to some extent.

Of course I will come back to mylot! I will share my travels and everything else. I'll probably throw a cyber-party for everyone on mylot. But even if I don't make it big, I will be fine.

I am an engineer. My dream project will be implementing a brain computer interface. i have worked on a mini project for processing the signal from EEG and detecting the drowsiness of the patient. By developing a BCI it would be interesting to finally put your thoughts out of your mind which help us visualizing our dreams.

Wow.
That sounds so cool in a sci-fi kind of way. I wouldn't want to be the first to try out these things though, there is an unknown risk.

There's a couple of things that would make a job a 'dream' one for me. One is that I'd be doing something that affects a lot of people (or making something that sold and/or used by the general public); and the second is that I get to travel.
I've had the chance to do the first, and the chance to do the second. But I've never had both at the same time so I'm still trying to get to my dream job.

As an engineer, surely, I want to work with the work related to my branch, electronics.
But I would like to join the government for some reasons, as that will let me use my knowledge for the well being of the country! Otherwise, anything related to embedded systems will be fine with me!

To a certain extent I already have my dream job. I write for a bunch of different sites all over the Internet, making money that way. I don't have to commute or deal with childcare. I just wish it paid a little better.
I wrote a textbook on physics this past summer. I really enjoyed the educational work. If I could do more textbook work, then I think I would have my dream job for sure.

I have a lot of dream jobs if you ask me, but then again, i am studying finance and accounts, I don't like it, but i have to do it. But then again, how many people in this world are actually doing something that they really like? We have been doing a lot of stuff tht we dislike in our life let alone our job, so i guess i can pull through it. haha. =)

Mine would be a writer.
I am a stay at home mom, so I have time, but yet I don't. I have two small kids that are not in school yet. Only one of them naps. When she is napping, I work on my writing. I have written a few different things, but only sent one in to be published. No luck though. I do have a flash fiction published on YahooVoices though. Most of the stuff I have written has all been for small children. I am currently working on something that will be for adults. I can get about 2-3 pages written in the time it takes the baby to nap. I love writing though. When I was younger I wrote poetry. Now I find that it is harder for me to write it. I am hoping that when I get done with what I am working on, I will be able to get it published.
