Niche Blogs vs. Amazon Mini Sites

I've been interested in internet marketing for several years now, specifically niche blogging. Only recently have I started to actually build a nice passive income stream by applying this knowledge though. However, I am now beginning to see a lot of talk on IM forums and blogs and Amazon Mini Sites. My question on the matter is, which of these options do you think is the better approach for IM? Why?

internet marketing demands a lot of hard work, I been trying all I can to do it myself but the results are not so amusing. I think I still need more work so that I will be able to see the results that I really want.
