When nightmares the night

During sleep, you often have nightmares. It is the dream brings powerful emotions of fear, terror or anxiety. Almost all people experience nightmares at least once in their live including adults and childrena while alike. Nightmares is bad dream. It can make you feel scared, worried ? sad, but not real nightmare and can not harm you. How is helps us to dispel nightmares every night?

I have a sure shot way of not getting a nightmare. I stop thinking of work after work. I leave no lose ends either in my personal life or my professional life. I try not to be bothered by things I cannot control. I let anger take the back seat. When working I walk about a lot (an easy thing to do in steel industry), so that I am tired at the end of the working day. After all this the only energy I have left over is for the commute, cook, eat and crash. A completer knock-out and a black-out till the next morning.

I also try not to think about work when at home. But sometime, i just obsessed with the plan to work tomorrow, especially when large events. And that is up to me to have nightmares. Its makes my morning really tired.
