Anniversarry that I Left The Office, Nearing.... / myLot

Howdie fellow mylotters Im back with a vengeance. Well my discussin today is about my almost 1 year anniversarry that I left my CSR office for AT&T Last year. I loved working there it made me feel that I was someone that can help someone even though sometimes other people shout at me on the phone even though I'm doing a great job on there concerns. But it's all good I'd do it again assisting people is my forte anyways since I'm a nurse if you come to think about it the only difference in nursing and customer service is the Life and limb situation and it is done over the phone. How bout you guy's missed office work lately???

I used to be a CSR myself for a few times some years ago. I guess I liked the ambiance in the area, it is not that hard to do, pay was ok, not great but ok, specially since I worked part time so I had the rest of the day to do whatever. What I didn't liked after a while was the routine and as you mentioned some or several angry customers that we had to deal with, other than that it's a good job where you help others and offer your service representing X company.
