Coachella is one of the biggest music festivals that takes place today with 50+ "bands" playing for 3 days. Now your probably asking why is bands in quotation marks. The reason is because now there are just as many DJ's playing sets as their are actual bands that play real instruments. Coachella has seen such great bands as The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage Aaginst the Machine, The Strokes, and Kings of Leon.
Now they have been replaced with such artists as David Guetta and Nero? Has House music taken over rock 'n roll?! I dont like that these artists are playing a festival that used to be for fans of rock, and maybe some hip-hop. Not house. dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun. To me thats not music. Im not happy with this years line up for Coachella 2012 and if this trend continues I will never want to see this festival.

I think Coachella has a great lineup this year. There are a number of names that I didn't recognize (as with any large festival), and maybe some of those are house/electronic music acts. But there are plenty of real bands that I like playing there.
I'm guessing that I could probably see live music all day each day and not see any electronic/house/DJ music.
