..No I didn't misplaced or lost an iphone nor someone stole an iphone from me.. Actually I am still waiting for that damn phone that comes along with the postpaid plan that I applied for. It's been more than 3 weeks since the day I passed all the requirements needed and one of the staff of the telecom company told me that she will call me within two weeks if my application is already approved, but after two weeks I didn't receive any call or message from her. So last week I went to their business center and asked about it and another customer service representative told me that my application was in fact already approved.... BUT the unit is not yet available and it may take another week before new units of iphone4s will be delivered to their branch so I wait for another week but still no message or call from them to notify if the unit is already there and ready for pickup or if I still need to wait another week or two Do you have any bad experience in applying for postpaid plan? or maybe good experience?? Does it really take too long? or iphone4s is just really in demand right now that's why there is a shortage in supply of the phone? What do you think my friend?

Ah,good thing i don't have money to apply and get those post paid plans or ill call them everyday for verification. I don't have patience for such kind of delays and i hate it when i am told about the dates and they are not so good in complying.

hi frustrated singer and dancer yeah I also hate it but I don't have a choice but to keep on waiting I can't buy the phone in cash and I think availing it through postpaid plan is more practical because of the fast internet connection that comes along with the plan and also other freebies are nice and I hate loading again and again and again

No, you did not lose your iPhone. Probably the company is still keeping it to be given to me since I won it. Just be patient. They have to give priority to those who are buying those iPhones with cash first. You're getting it for free, so you will have to wait.

No idea how to be patient? Just sit and wait. If you don't want to be patient, then just keep chasing for the iPhone until you get it.

Well, you can't actually do anything about it but wait. I know how it feels, I went through the same when I applied for our family's mobile plan. It took like forever for me to get what I ordered and in the end, there were still barriers. I'm just glad I'm no longer addicted to being up-to-date with technology. Most especially because here in my country, the plans or postpaid plans aren't really worth it, most are just ripping us off! hehehe.. Hope you'll get your phone soon. Have a great MyLot experience.

Hey phillyguy, I know the excitment and the anxiety feeling by you to have the phone. I had the same feeling when I was going to buy a phone but I do not have the same problem. I jutly went to the shop and buyed a mobile and I used my old sim to insert into it. I did not wait fro any one I think you will surely get it back as soon as possible. Keep distracting the company so that they will take you problems as an important one

Keep distracting the company I like that!! yeah buying directly in the shop is less hassle and there is no need to wait for too long but I think iphone4s is not yet available in many stores at this time and I am opting for the postpaid plan promo because I want the internet connection that comes along with the plan and I don't wanna cashout such a big amount of money in one time.

I will go back at their business center tomorrow to ask about it, I hate talking to their customer service representatives through phone call because it took years before I can talk to the right person regarding my query.

So are you keep waiting fro them without any actions from you ? I think you need to contact them at all the time so that they will know the importance of the phone and it will force them to give you as soon as possible

Hi Phil, I think there is a shortage of the units because it is very in demand right now. Most people wants to have it...so many applied for it. It's just that they did not informed you about the situation so you were left hanging. Hopefully next time they will tell you about the status so that you will not be expecting anything that your unit will be there with you. Anyways, I haven't applied for any postpaid plans with regards to mobile. I am used with having the prepaid because I can save a lot with it...plus, I don't really text or call that much. but, I also want to have an iphone4 S, but it isn't my priority as of the moment so I will not aim for that...^^ Have a good day.

yeah I can understand that it will really take a long time before I can have my phone because there are lots of people availing this promo for the latest iphone and lots of people are buying iphone4s in general but I just hate the fact that they've told me that they will inform me within two weeks of the status of my application but they didn't instead I still need to go in their business center just to ask about it. I can understand you there are lots of advantages in using prepaid but since I want reliable mobile internet connection I go for plan because it's a win-win situation for me because instead of paying for the phone in cash it's like I am paying it in installment basis while enjoying a free unlimited connection for 2 years.

thanks smurf!! at last I already have the phone! I keep on following up about my application and finally one of the staff sent me a message the other day that the unit is already available and I just need to go to the business center for the releasing and to pay the initial payment, so I went yesterday to pick up the phone. I just need to wait for another day or two to really enjoy the phone because the sim card is not yet activated.

All lines(read - routes) to your place are blocked... Network Too Busy to find your place.... GPRS Services Failure The experience with the PrePaid ones or the postpaid ones is the same all across my country - they all promise a lot... deliver a little... and when it comes to customer services... they are just great as they know precisely what to tell you and when I think you will get your iPhone 4 when they have the version 5 ready for delivery

regarding network signal, I have prepaid line with the same network and didn't encounter many problems with it so I think the signal will not be an issue..

Godson I think you will get your iPhone 4 when they have the version 5 ready for delivery I think phil will have to wait until iPhone 7's release Phil, Most of them don't even care coz they're busy accepting orders even if there is no stock anymore. You will have to do the follow-up just to make sure you will get it first before other's do.

nope not free, still need to cash out some money but not that much compared to buying only the unit. The unit (32gig) is around 39-42,000 pesos ($890-960) but through postpaid plan I only need cashout an initial payment of 10,000 pesos (around $229)

Why don't you just call it from another phone while it still remains some charge? Or why don't you try with iCloud? You should be more careful about where you place your stuff.
